Your WiseLED Flashlight is covered by an overall 3 years trade-in guarantee if any problems arise. Any liability, either expressed or implied is limited to repairing or replacement of the product. This guarantee is void if the WiseLED product has been abused beyond the normal and sensible usage. WiseLED Products do not contain any consumer serviceable parts.

Attempting to disassemble or service the components may void your warranty. Any Warranty Claims should be submitted to an Authorized WiseLED Service Centre. Any requests for services outside of the standard warranty should be submitted to an Authorized WiseLED Service Centre. Return your WiseLED product to an Authorized WiseLED Service Centre after which we will correct the problem as soon as possible or alternatively send you a new product. Enclose your receipt when sending in the product.
